MUSIC, DANCE & READING, ALL IN ONE BOOK FOR CHILDREN, ZILAH MUSIC PUBLISHING ADMINISTRATES FOR AUTHOR REGINALD J PACE

Never in the history of Zilah Music Publishing have we been more excited about a project such as this one.  It's an educational book that fuses 3 elements of the arts and 1 humanistic factor using music, dance, literacy and most important "Children".   By way of Project Manager Jackie Nance,  Zilah Music Publishing was brought in to handle all musical & visual administration aspects of "Oops I Danced My Diaper off authored by Reginald J Pace of Cool Clif Enterprises LLC.

 When asked what inspired Reginald to produce a book such as this one  he replied, "The initial inspiration for the book came from the need to find interesting material for our sons to read on a nightly basis. As graduates of Wittenberg University, my wife and I know how important it is to develop strong reading habits at a young age but we didn't want reading to feel like an assignment. So I asked them what they would like to read about, went out to the car on my lunch break the next day, and started writing a short story for them to read that night. After they started asking to read the story over and over again that week, I knew we had created something special."

 

They wanted to give amazing value to the kids as well as the parents so  they decided to incorporate entertainment and exercise into the project as well. "Ooops...I Danced My Diaper Off" consists of a read along book, sing along soundtrack, and dance along DVD! The book is a hilarious action comedy staring the newly created cartoon characters, Cool Clif and the Kid Ninjas. The soundtrack is a groundbreaking collaboration of professional artists and fresh beats that will have your kids dancing their diapers off.   Last but not least, he states " our dance along DVD includes nine dance routines with step by step instructions from our professional choreographer to help your kids get their heart rates up without feeling like they're exercising."

 

Our project manager, Jackie Nance of Ace Entertainment ,www.aceentertainmentltd.com has been the engine moving this vision forward toward our winter launch date. She has been working around the clock with our partners and it shows in the quality of the product that has been produced. I believe this project is going to make a big impact. Trained as a cabaret artist by Peisha McPhee (American Idol), Dillenberg is a Perry-Mansfield Art of Cabaret fellow (2004 & 2007). Nicole has ignited the Jazz circuit by being a featured guest on “The New Jazz Thing” with Vince Outlaw (San Diego Jazz 88.3 FM), and  featured in Jazziz Magazine’s “Women in Jazz”. She has performed at the Savannah Music Festival in "American Traditions", ensemble shows at the Hollywood Palladium and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and solo shows at multiple venues throughout the United States, including the Metropolitan Room in New York. Nicole's acting is equally exceptional with countless film credits to match the astonishing catalog that she has created over her career.

Matt Cook is well on his way of being one of the greats. Zilah Music Publishing was introduced to this incredible artist by the brand reaching Bathgate found in West Lothian, in Scotland, noticed by Matt Cook himself. He reached out to us and  sent  over a few songs and instantly this company was hooked on the sound.  We want to thank and congratulate  Matt Cook for signing on to Zilah  Music Publishing and giving us 10 unbelievable songs from the album that has the unique blend of Pop Rock, Folk Rock mixed with just pure talent.

IS BEING A PART OF A MUSIC LIBRARY SUCH A BAD THING?

First let's define what a music library is and what it's for. A music library contains music-related materials for patron use. Music Libraries license their copyrighted music for use in film, television and radio productions. A lot of  music creators/ owners, I find are having mixed feelings about companies that are gathering music to license and exploit to other platforms like film, television and now the platforms on the internet  as well.  I encounter a lot of people very afraid or nervous to add their work to a music library.  Within this article I added Greg Savage who is the owner of  http://diymusicbiz.com  who received some backlash from a prior video that he posted that explained the pros of what a music library can do for the music that is added . Check out what he has to get off his chest in this video.



Now my opinion is that everyone is a publisher.  We all post, add & place things online, in  newspapers, we put our music on ITunes, anywhere we can to promote and bring our ideas to the public.  That in a nut shell is publishing.  It is very hard work for a publisher to bring something to the market that is not known and bring it to popularity. If it was easy everyone would be successful at it.   It takes Time, Money & dedication. Platforms such as Tunecore, AMP Music & myself at http://zilahmusicpublishing.com  work very hard at branding ourselves making the music buyers know and trust our product and you being part of the brand helps your chances of being heard and exploited.  That is the name of the game right? To get out there and be seen as much as possible.  To begin to make a living from what you worked so hard on.  Again you can do this yourself, which if you come back I will have an article explaining the process of doing just that. But realistically, people who create love to stick with what they know and keep on creating . So it's best just to get a little help from a music library especially if it's a non exclusive catalog like Zilah Music Publishing.  We advise you to find other Non Exclusive companies to get with. The more everyone pushes the better your changes. Hey anything is better than your music sitting in your hard drive with no one to hear it but you.

Listen Music Libraries are your friend not your enemy. You should start to embrace the library and the vehicle behind it as well.   Start to tune in and learn from people like Greg Savage of DIYMusicBiz and learn.  He sounds a little disturbed in the video but I'm positive his tone was expressed with Love for all of you because he knows that not knowing and just assuming can cost you a lot of time & money. Those two things nobody can afford to lose.

PHILADELPHIA AUGUST 22nd, 2013  ZILAH MUSIC PUBLISHING signs one of the Hottest indie rap acts of today. We are always looking for fresh new music and it doesn't get any better than being "Fresh In The Club" with KTBORDERLINE.

 Kevin “Ke-Real” Walker and Gaetano “Tommy Gunnz” Piccirilli met in Nashville TN, in March, 2005. They were both working in the construction industry and met on the construction site. Their friendship came out of their mutual interest in music, particularly rap music. When they discovered that they both were aspiring rap artists, they decided to hear each other’s lyrics and style. They liked what they heard so much that they decided to start a group. “North South Finest” formed with Ke-Real, Tommy Gunnz, and two other artists. Personal issues and creative differences soon divided the group, and they parted ways. Kevin and Gaetano eventually lost contact with each other.

Two years later, Kevin moved back to his hometown of Atlantic City, NJ, around the same time, Gaetano was staying at his father’s home, in Galloway, New Jersey ten minute distance from each other. One day Gaetano went to the Hamilton Mall, and to his complete surprise bumped into Kevin. They discovered that they now lived near each other again, and decided it was fate to go at it again and KTBORDERLINE was formed.

DUBSTEP MEETS INDIE SCI -FI ACTION DRAMA SERIES BY WAY OF ZILAH MUSIC PUBLISHING

Dubstep is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in South London, England. It emerged in the late 1990s as a development within a lineage of related styles such as 2-step garage, broken beat, drum and bass, jungle, dub and reggae.^[1] In the UK the origins of the genre can be traced back to the growth of the Jamaican sound system party scene in the early 1980s.^[1][2] The music generally features syncopated drum and percussion patterns with bass lines that contain prominent sub bass frequencies. Zilah Music Publishing is in the process of contributing  to this estimated 13 year old genre by partnering with SUITE317 ENTERTAINMENT LLC & creator Donnell Riley of the new action drama series " Venator Elite" which electrifies his production with dubstep music throughout the series.  This is one production you need to anticipate for all you action drama sci-fi heads out there.  It's scheduled to broadcast starting this fall in September.
